The Shipping is done by our logistics partner DHL / Post AG. All shipments will be completely neutral packed and shipped insured, and the return address is not an indication to the contents.
We ship of course to packing stations.

Delivery Times

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment. For most items are in stock, we can deliver immediately without any delay.

Should an item be out of stock or produced on behalf of customer, we will inform you via email of the expected delivery date.

If you order several items with different availabilities, you can choose between complete and partial delivery.

Please note:
Special sizes and strengths as well as colored and transparent articles have from production to delivery a production time of approximately 20 days.
Bestsellers and black products are for the most part on stock and therefore immediately available.

Customer-made sizes are XS, XXL and larger and all colors except black and contrasting colors. These products are manufactured to customer requirements and are therefore excluded from exchange.
